Where These Rainbet Terms Apply
By using Rainbet, creating an account, accessing services or taking part in any activity made available through Rainbet, you agree to follow these Terms and any additional rules that apply to specific products, promotions, transactions or account functions.
These Terms apply to all users who access Rainbet from New Zealand, subject to applicable law, account availability and any market-specific restrictions that may apply. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Rainbet services or continue account activity.

Withdrawals may be subject to account checks before funds are released. Processing times may depend on the payment method, security review, compliance checks and third-party provider handling. Rainbet is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors or external service providers outside our control.
Wagering Records, Game Outcomes and Service Interruptions
All wagers, game rounds and account activity are recorded through Rainbet systems and relevant service records. In the event of a discrepancy, the records maintained by Rainbet or the relevant game provider may be used to determine the outcome, subject to applicable law and review procedures.
Games may be affected by technical interruptions, connection errors, display issues, provider faults or other service disruptions. Where a malfunction occurs, affected wagers or outcomes may be voided, corrected or settled according to the applicable game rules and provider records.
You must not exploit technical errors, display faults, delayed updates or system weaknesses. If you notice an error, you should stop using the affected function and contact Rainbet. Any gains connected with misuse of an error may be withheld or reversed where permitted.
Promotions, Rewards and Offer Conditions at Rainbet
Promotions, rewards, bonus funds, free play, cashback, loyalty activity or similar offers may be governed by separate conditions. These conditions may include eligibility rules, wagering requirements, time limits, excluded games, withdrawal restrictions, maximum reward values or other limitations.

Conduct That Rainbet Does Not Permit
You must use Rainbet lawfully, honestly and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, identity misuse, payment abuse, chargeback manipulation, collusion, account sharing, bonus abuse, automated activity, use of bots, interference with systems, attempts to bypass restrictions and any activity intended to gain an unfair or unauthorised advantage.
You must not use Rainbet for money laundering, unlawful transactions, abusive communication, harassment, technical attacks, unauthorised data access or any activity that may harm Rainbet, other users, service providers or the integrity of the services.
If prohibited conduct is suspected, Rainbet may investigate the account and take appropriate action. This may include restricting access, cancelling wagers, withholding rewards, voiding affected activity, requesting verification, reporting activity where required or closing the account.
Account Restrictions, Closure and Safer Gambling Controls
Rainbet may restrict, suspend or close an account where required by applicable law, where these Terms are breached, where verification is not completed, where account activity raises security or compliance concerns, or where continued access may create risk to the user, Rainbet or others.
Users may also request account closure or ask about available responsible gambling controls. Depending on account availability and regional settings, options may include limits, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion or other controls intended to help manage gambling activity.
If an account is closed or restricted, outstanding balances may be handled according to these Terms, applicable law, verification status and any unresolved account matters. Funds linked to fraud, prohibited activity, chargebacks, bonus abuse or disputed transactions may be withheld or adjusted where permitted.
Complaints, Disputes and Communication Records
If you have a complaint or dispute about account activity, transactions, game outcomes or service handling, you should contact Rainbet through the available support route and provide the details needed to review the matter. We may request account information, timestamps, transaction references, screenshots or other relevant records.
Rainbet will assess complaints using account records, provider data, transaction logs, communication history and any information supplied by the user. Some matters may require review by third-party providers, payment partners or compliance teams before a response can be finalised.
You agree that communication with Rainbet must remain accurate and respectful. False claims, abusive messages, threats, repeated misuse of complaint channels or attempts to pressure staff outside proper procedures may result in account restrictions.
Rainbet Content, Intellectual Property and Website Use
All Rainbet website content, branding, design elements, text, graphics, interfaces, software, logos and related materials are protected by intellectual property rights owned by Rainbet or its licensors. Use of the website does not transfer ownership of any content or technology to you.

Subject to applicable law, Rainbet may assign, transfer or manage its rights and obligations where required for business, operational or legal reasons.
